Classically trained Sniti Mishra burst on the national music scene through SaReGaMaPa 2010. Audiences and judges alike were wowed by her haunting voice and her unique renditions of a wide variety of songs – from sufiana and old Hindi film numbers to lively dance items.
She has a B. Muse. degree from the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya in
Mumbai and continues to pursue her training in Hindustani classical music even as she completes her MBA in Finance. Her goal is to deepen her classical training and to lead the younger generation of listeners in India and abroad to appreciate the wide range of music the South Asian subcontinent has produced.
